Your portfolio, and galleries where clients pick their favorites.

VersoPro is your portfolio site and your client galleries in one place. Clients sign in with their email, heart the photos they want, and download them.

Plans from $8 a month, billed yearly.

A sample photo, marked as a client’s favorite.

One client gallery, from proofs to the last download.

Choose Proofs and Finals for a job with a review round, or a Single set when there isn’t one. Each client sees only the galleries you invite them to.

  1. Proofs

Watermarked web sizes go up first, straight from your card, RAW files included.

  2. Favorites

Your client hearts photos, adds a note, and sends the picks. Ask for a number, like 40. The bell in your editor tells you.

  3. Finals

Edited photos and videos at full size. Clients choose a few and get one ZIP, or use Download all.

  4. Close date

The gallery closes on the day you set. Move the date and it opens again.

A signed-in client’s private gallery, The Harper Wedding: the finished photos with Download all and Select, then the proofs with a few hearted and 5 of 8 favorites chosen.
The same gallery on a phone in Select mode: a few photos ticked and a bar at the bottom to download them.

Sample sites, each with its own look, home page, and galleries.

Three made-up photographers on the same platform, with sample photos: each home page built from sections, each gallery in a different layout.

A sample landscape photographer’s home page: a full-width opening photo with the name Juniper Field over it, then a row of recent favorites.
The same home page on a phone: the opening photo fills the screen, with the name over it.
A sample collection, Highlands: a full-width cover with the title in a frame over the photo, then large photos in horizontal rows.

From your first upload to your client’s last download.

Make it yours, then publish

  1. Start from a template. Pick a look for your fonts and colors, add your logo, and stack your home page from a few sections: opening photos, galleries, featured photos, About, and text with a button.
  2. Drop in your photos. Straight from your computer or phone, iPhone photos included. Each one is sized for the web as it uploads, and its location is removed.
  3. Preview, then publish. Your changes save as a draft. See the site exactly as visitors will, then publish when you’re ready.
The VersoPro editor’s home page settings: the list of sections on the left and a live preview of the home page beside it.

An email, and they’re in

  1. You invite them. Add their email address to a private gallery and send the invite.
  2. They sign in by email. A link, or a 6-digit code if they’re reading the email on another device. Nothing to remember.
  3. They see their photos. Only the galleries you shared with them, on any screen.
A private gallery on a phone before signing in: Private gallery. This gallery is private. Sign in to see it.
After the client asks for an email: Check your email, with a box for the 6-digit code.

See what each client does

  1. Turn on Activity. One switch in your editor. It’s off until you want it, and your clients are told it’s on.
  2. Watch a gallery come alive. Views, downloads, shares, and favorites for each gallery and each photo, day by day.
  3. Know each client. In an invited gallery, see who opened it, how often, and what they downloaded. No tracking cookies.
The editor’s Activity screen: totals for views, downloads, shares, and favorites, a daily chart, and the most viewed galleries and photos.

Questions photographers ask.

Do my clients need an account or a password?

No. You add their email address to a gallery. They type it on your site and get an email with a sign-in link and a 6-digit code. Either one works, once, for 15 minutes.

Can clients see each other’s galleries?

No. A client sees only the galleries you invited them to. Private galleries never appear on your public pages, in your menus, or in search engines.

What happens when a gallery closes?

Clients can no longer open it. Its photos are removed 7 days after the close date unless you choose 30 days or never, and until then moving the date opens it again.

Can I see when clients open a gallery?

Yes, once you turn on Activity. You see views, downloads, shares, and favorites for each gallery and photo, and for each invited client. It’s off until you switch it on, and clients see a line saying you can see their activity.

Can I add videos?

Yes. Clients play them in the gallery and download the original file.

Where does my site live?

At an address like yourname.versopro.com, or on a domain you own, like yourname.com. Either way it carries your name, your look, and no VersoPro branding on the pages.

Will my photos be cropped or squashed?

Never in a gallery. Every photo keeps its own shape, in both the masonry and grid layouts. Only the home page tiles use a fixed crop, and you choose which photo each one shows.

What happens to my photo’s details?

Your location, your camera’s serial number, and other private details are removed as each photo uploads. Your copyright line stays with every file.

How is this different from other photo platforms?

Many sell the website and the client galleries as separate products. VersoPro is one product with both, on every plan, and it’s built to stay simple.

Can I take my photos with me?

Yes. Download everything, your photos and your site’s content, as ZIP files at any time.
